Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Operations the Talent Acquisition Quality Assurance Analyst will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition organization through optimizing system functionality, process improvement, reporting and analytics, and quality assurance efforts.

The successful person will collaborate with TA Delivery Leadership and HR Operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, create practical and innovative solutions, leverage cross functional resources for project implementations, ensure TA has meaningful access to data to drive decisions, and educate/train TA on procedures that impact performance outcomes and compliance adherence.

Current Need

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Operations the Talent Acquisition Quality Assurance Analyst will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition organization through optimizing system functionality, process improvement, reporting and analytics, and quality assurance efforts.

The successful person will collaborate with TA Delivery Leadership and HR Operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, create practical and innovative solutions, leverage cross functional resources for project implementations, ensure TA has meaningful access to data to drive decisions, and educate/train TA on procedures that impact performance outcomes and compliance adherence.

Position Description

Align systems, processes, tools, and data measurements to assist in solving for Talent Acquisition (business) challenges that improve quality of outcomes, add insight to decision making, and improve efficiency of processes

  • Collaborate with HR Operations-Workday Liaison (Taleo Consultant and HRIS through December 2018) to optimize system functionality and resolve any system issues

  • Design and lead all quality assurance measures within the TA department to include: customer feedback, compliance, data integrity, and processing errors

  • Establish change management protocol including quality assurance, measurements, and training when system or process enhancements are implemented

  • Engage in Talent Acquisition and/or other HR related projects as they relate to the QA Analyst role

Minimum Requirements

  • The ability to translate business issues into data-driven analytics projects

  • Learning agility – The ability to learn new skills as needed with little direction or formal training

  • The ability to effectively educate and train stakeholders (presentation skills and training development)

Critical Skills

  • Six Sigma certification a plus but not required

  • Previous experience optimizing system performance

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Excel, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE, etc…) a plus

  • Experience with Workday a plus

  • Proven project management experience required

Education

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HRIS systems, or other relevant roles

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or other related degree

  • Advance degree is a plus but not required
