Position Description

Reporting to the Director, Business Process Improvement, the Sr. Project Analyst will conduct detailed analysis of Relay Health Pharmacy Solutions (RHPS) business processes and continuous improvement projects. The Sr. Analyst will perform data mining in support of their analysis and will publish results in dashboards, reports and other presentations as appropriate. These results will drive continuous improvement projects and provide insights to business leadership.

As a Sr. Project Analyst, you will provide key insights to process performance across the Relay Health business. Acting independently, you will work with SMEs to determine appropriate data sources and metrics and mine that data into an analytical environment to complete and publish your analysis.

Key Duties

  • Work with SMEs to identifyappropriate business KPIs, determine the data needed to measure those KPIs andmine that data into an appropriate analytical environment (i.e. Excel, Access,Minitab, Tableau, etc.)

  • Perform ongoing analysis of KPIsto drive insights into process performance across the Relay Health business

  • Maintain a scorecard of core andsupplementary process metrics and publish to Continuous Improvement leadershipand Business leadership as needed

  • Perform self-guided ad hocanalysis of process metrics and publish insights to stakeholders as appropriate

  • Support Continuous Improvementteam members by providing suggestions for process improvement opportunitiesbased on analysis

  • Conduct and project manage smallprocess improvement projects to improve process performance as needed

  • Maintain Continuous Improvementprogram project tracking and governance documents

  • Perform other analysis andactivities as assigned by leadership

Minimum Requirements

5 years experience in analytics or data related fields

Critical Skills

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in dataanalysis and reporting, or other relevant experience

  • High degree of proficiency in MSOffice applications; prefer advanced Excel and Access

  • Experience working in a matrixedenvironment with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong written and oralcommunication skills

  • Ability to solve problems at botha tactical and strategic level

  • Ability to function independentlyto meet objectives

  • Strong project management skills

  • Demonstrated history ofsuccessfully managing and accomplishing competing priorities

Additional Knowledge& Skills

  • Tableau experience a plus

  • Six Sigma certification a plus

  • Strong business acumen – Financeexperience a plus

  • Ability to explain complexanalyses in a way that is accessible to all levels of the organization – strongdata visualization ability/experience a plus

  • Experience in process improvement,process management and/or operations a plus

Education

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
