12:00PM – 8:30PM (Full-Time: Sunday through Thursday)
As a member of the IT/Maintenance Team, provide functional support of Central Fill operations. Responsible for supporting the company’s computer systems in alignment with the goals of facility and corporate policies while providing the highest possible service to business partners. Inspire clear and consistent communication to assist management and fellow employees.
Participate in system fixes andenhancements with HVS Customer Support
Execute planned work assignmentswithin established timeframes
Performs troubleshooting todiagnose and correct problems
Develops technical knowledge ofproprietary and shelf software systems
Supports and maintainsworkstations, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) and network printers
Works with associated vendors tooperate, maintain, and support software/ hardware systems
Adherence or compliance topolicies, procedures/ SOP’s and Safety guidelines
Communicate with peers andsupervisors about operational concerns and assist in resolving these concerns
Procures quotes/items needed tocarry out work assignments
Provide peer support and mentoringto fellow employees
Adhere to and promote thecompany’s ICARE Principles
Maintain confidentiality whennecessary
Ability to work independently andin small teams
Associates Degree in anInformation Technology Field
Must have proficiency with WindowsXP/ Windows 7/ Windows Server operating systems
Must be computer proficient withMicrosoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Must be able to demonstrateproblem solving through own knowledge and skills combined with analyzing toroot cause levels
Must be customer service drivenand have the capability to work with outside resources directly and bytelephone
Must have familiarity withnetworking equipment
Highly motivated/Detail Oriented
Knowledge of all productionfunctions preferred
Must meet established attendancerequirements.
Criteria that is partof the selection process: qualifications, merit, experience and attendance andwork record.
Must be able to work multiple shifts and after hours when needed
Additional Knowledge & Skills
-Basic knowledge of Computer Operations Support -Basic knowledge of standard desktop applications -May have basic knowledge of data center operations -Basic written technical documentation skills -Basic knowledge of electronic communications (email, instant messaging)
High school diploma or equivalent
Large percent of time performing work in front of computer screen is required
Standing and walking frequently throughout shift
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, crouch or crawl
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs
Must be able to work mandatory overtime
