Purpose:

The Business Process Associate is a role in supporting operational process design, implementation, change readiness, and reengineering. This position will lead cross functional teams to solve large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems and drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous process improvement tools.

This is an exciting and challenging role that directly supports pharmacy in the implementation of new solution launches, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement, analyzing root cause, and supporting the implementation improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of the specialty pharmacy industry, key performance measures, and a keen financial acumen. The candidate must exhibit strong analytic and problem-solving abilities as well as strong communication and presentation skills that enable participation in group discussions and data driven decision making.

Duties and Job Responsibilities

Perform quality/process monitoring allowing Biologics to maintain a proactive quality program and to exceed customer expectations, as well as industry and regulatory quality standards. Duties include:

  • Trendand track results and provide summations on risk and opportunities forimprovement for operations management and quality program review

  • Apply relevant tools and techniques to assessimpact based on changes to the enabling technologies that support businessprocesses. Lead development of futurestate process and drive changes across business and operations.

  • Operationalprocess design and development – Engineer business processes to deliverexceptional patient experience, meet expectations of the client, and enableoperations to manage outcomes

  • Operationalreadiness – Assess impact, develop planning, and execute readiness for aprocess change to ensure theoperation is equipped to meet agreed upon quality and service levels

Lead large, complex and/or ambiguous Business Process Improvement projects identified across the enterprise. This includes application of continuous process improvement skills and methodologies to articulate the problem, baseline current state, analyze root cause, recommend improvements

Minimum Requirements

2 years experience, optimally in project management or process improvement.

Critical Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience: Provenability to plan and deploy business process initiatives; Ability to developmetrics, collects data, analyze data to identify root cause, measuresperformance against process requirements.

  • Must be able to analyze specific data andprepare written reports for management and client communications

  • Strong problem solving and decision makingskills

  • Ability to effectively handle multiplepriorities within a changing environment

  • Proven track record of self-development andprofessional growth

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field or equivalent experience
