intraFUSION is recruiting for a Business Development Executive for the Central Region, which includes CO, KS, MO, NE, IA, SD, ND, WI, MN, IL.
Since 1999, intraFUSION™ has provided the solution for physicians and their patients who need outpatient intravenous therapy. As the single source manager for all aspects of office based infusion services, we lead the way in outpatient infusion management by offering a higher level of patient care and creating a new source of revenue for the physician.
*Accountable to meet and exceed sales objectives for large assigned multi state territory, providing complex business information and solutions on intraFUSION’s business model to private practices.
*Continuously prospects for new customers and continuously develops and maintains relationships with existing accounts.
*Uses discretion and judgment to analyze sales trends, competition, and market changes to effectively manage field time and maximize sales results and ROI.
*Understands, maintains, and applies a sophisticated knowledge of the healthcare issues, laws, regulations, and products with current and potential clients.
*Influences key physicians and decision makers to support the use of intraFUSION’s business model by applying proven and effective selling techniques and a tailored sales approach.
*Minimum three (3) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry (Preferably Infusion)
*Must reside in territory, close to large airport.
*Valid driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
*The ability to travel extensively and stay overnight as necessary (Min 2-3 nights per week)
*Demonstrated strong sales performance track record
*Account management skills and experience with complex reimbursement issues is preferred
*Demonstrated understanding and experience in the buy and bill and specialty pharmacy markets
*A minimum of a BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution is required
