McKesson is seeking highly qualified Warehouse candidates with Reach Truck experience in their Erlanger KY location. The Erlanger facility is a specialized Warehouse handling highly regulated Human Frozen Plasma in a -23F freezer environment.
The Reach Truck Forklift operator:
Stacks product onto pallets/totes and loads/unloads products onto trucks Receives, stores and counts product as it relates to the operation procedures
Is tolerant to the freezer conditions and has above average Reach Truck experience.
Unloads and loads trailers with a stand up fork lift or double walker
Locates or removes pallets from the double deep racking with a Crown reach truck, up to 32 feet high.

Pay: Starting $15.00/ hr
1 year related work experience and/or training
1 year MHE; order picker, cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck experience
Willing to obtain lift certification (company will provide)
Proven experience working well with other employees, leadership, and external vendors
Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds for an extended period of time
Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus to see and read fine prints
May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours every single day
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Basic math and sense of understanding to carry out step-by-step instructions and exceptional attention to detail
Willingness to cross train and be a phenomenal teammate
Be a strong performer in multi-tasking
You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and excellent verbal and written skills
High School diploma or equivalent
