Position Description

McKesson Corporation, a Fortune 14 company is currently hiring Full Time Customer Care Representatives to work Monday - Saturday in our state of the art call center. As a customer care representative you will handle inbound calls from McKesson customers utilizing McKesson systems, processes, and procedures. Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting departmental and individual performance goals. You will integrate and practice McKesson Shared Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests

  • General Pharmacy system troubleshooting

  • Assistance with adjudication issues

  • Intermediate PC, Windows, Network and Hardware troubleshooting

  • Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accuracy and well documented call notes

  • Communicate effectively with Internal and External customersMinimum Requirements:Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven customer satisfaction results as well as the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues with quality in mind. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, has excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills.Other Requirements:

  • You must be flexible to work any shift during operational hours of Monday – Saturday 7:00am-10:00pm

  • Must be able to work On-Call After hours

  • General networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN, connectivity)

  • Experience with Windows 7/XP

  • Application troubleshooting background

Minimum Requirements

  • Flexibility to work any shift during call center operational hours of Monday - Saturday, 7 am - 8pm. After 8pm hours are on call and rotated between team members.

  • Saturdays are typically rotational but will be scheduled based on business needs.

  • Must be able to work on-call after hours.
