Current Need

Macro Helix is seeking an Audit Analyst for our Fort Worth, TX location.

Position Description

Macro Helix Audit Analyst partners with our customers to ensure they are operating efficiently and maintaining regulatory compliance within the 340B program. Audit Analyst facilitates preventative audits, offer training and provide support before, during and after HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) or manufacturer audits. The Audit Analyst:

  • Assist clients with 340B audit preparedness by facilitating annual mock audits to identify non-compliance.

  • Analyze the client’s software settings to ensure integrity of their 340B transactions.

  • Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to clients and make recommendations as appropriate.

  • Prepares audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated.

  • Facilitate request of external auditors during on-site visits.

  • Facilitate Webinars and Training to internal and external customers

  • Develop/Update Audit Team documentation (Standard Operating Procedures and Audit Training material)

Minimum Requirements

2 years audit or related experience

Critical Skills

  • 2 years of exposure working with multiple projects

  • 2 years experience in the healthcare industry; preferably hospital and/or retail pharmacy, 340B program, or clinical business.

  • Customer service expertise within healthcare industry

  • Exposure to reviewing diverse information and data to problem solve and troubleshoot

  • Manage numerous, diverse issues simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Ad ditional Knowledge & Skills

  • Detail oriented and high level of organization

  • Ability to respond to high degrees of pressure in a calm and focused manner

  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions

  • Experience presenting and reporting on project plans and analyses to stakeholders

  • Proficient level Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • experienced desired

  • Manage numerous, diverse issues simultaneously

  • Prior exposure to working and following SOP's


4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
