Current Need

Contract Account Analyst - Retail Team

The Contract Administration (CA) Retail Team is currently looking for a flexible, self-motivated and detail oriented Account Analyst. The team member will be responsible for maintaining and processing RNA Contracts/Chargebacks. This role will also interact with various internal and external business partners.

Position Description

Responsible for commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations. Verifies all aspects of the order, including pricing to ensure conformance with company policy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Anticipates problems and initiates actions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and maintain high profile Retail account

  • Leverage existing good working relationship with RNA/ISMC account managers

  • Process contracts in Vistex/SAP and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Facilitate the accurate and timely research of customer pricing discrepancies

  • Research and reconcile chargebacks in SAP and advance relations with the suppliers

  • Cross-train on multiple RNA/ISMC accounts and functions

  • Adhere to department SLA and quality standard

Minimum Requirements

Entry level experience in proposal analysis

Critical Skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in use of MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Access

4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
