Current Need

Position Description

Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development, and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.

Minimum Requirements

10 years human resources or OD experience

Critical Skills

  • 10 years of experience in areas such as talent management, selection, assessment, human resources, learning, instructional design.

  • Experience in a Large organization operating across the enterprise

  • Advanced consultation and client management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate, strategize and execute projects and programs at an enterprise level.

  • Able to assess talent capabilities in line with the enterprise strategy, as well as contributing to the business strategy and plans

  • Understands behaviors and trends, applying data science methods to understand the problem and help the Enterprise make smarter HR decisions

  • Communicates insights using data, visuals, and narrative to engage people into new perspectives

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Understands what is happening in the industry and market to advise the business from a talent management perspective

  • Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment to decide on the most effective and efficient way to complete work and achieve desired outcome. Ability to partner well.

Education

4-year degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience
