Current Need

Position Description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.

Minimum Requirements

3 years quality assurance or related experience and demonstrated leadership skills

Critical Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar field

  • 2 years of experience in roles requiring problem solving/analytical skills, and project management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to work under pressure and the ability to focus on details and adherence to standards

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Highly motivated and committed to excellence with a positive attitude

  • Ability to be flexible and work consistently in a dynamic and changing environment.

  • Preferred, not required, experience with MasterControl Document Repository system.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Health Care or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent.
