We’re looking for a Sr. Facilitator to join our Leadership Development team and support the process for developing people leaders.
This role is well suited for someone who is passionate about leadership development and wants to progress their career from experienced facilitator to providing a comprehensive learning experience that allows leaders to have a significant positive impact after being in the classroom. We’re looking for someone who will work with our content designer, trainers, and other talent management team members to help create and deliver an engaging and innovative approach to leadership development. The best candidates will have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a passion for understanding facilitating discussion in the classroom to create positive and lasting learning experiences, and can break down complex processes and ideas into simple concepts. We’re looking for an engaging facilitator who is accomplished in delivering modern content in dynamic organizations. Ideal candidates will be experienced with working directly with subject-matter experts and designing a variety of learning experiences.
Lead cohorts of people leaders throughout their learning journey to have a strong positive impact after taking courses.
Work alongside the Leadership Development team as a senior member to enhance and deliver an innovative and engaging curriculum.
Ongoing Learning – Support content development in partnership with director, design. Includes new and evolving curriculum.
Reporting – Monitor feedback to ensure training is meaningful and engaging.
Knowledge Management – Maintain updated presentations/slides/resources to ensure that information is accurate and relevant.
Special Projects – Assist with special projects as assigned (including opportunities with leadership training, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and more).
5 years of training facilitation experience
Seasoned facilitator – 5 years of training facilitation experience
Previous experience leading a class for Executive level, C-Suite leadership-strong executive presence
Technically capable – confident with Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Office, and other delivery software
Experience customizing content to meet the specific needs of the audience
Must be able to thrive in a constantly changing work environment. Requires a blend of organized and flexible.
Provide examples of ways to improve the classroom experience.
Strong ability to own the room with leadership teams, advise executives one-on-one, train mid-level to senior leaders in workshops, and translate complicated ideas to the overworked and under-trained staff on the front-line.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Fluent in English and French Canadian.

Eager to travel to McKesson locations in the US and Canada.
Learning professional – 2 years of instructional design experience
Focus on solving complex and multifaceted problems.
Focus on the exact problem being solved, as well as the constraints and cascading effects of your approach.

4 year degree or equivalent experience
