We are seeking a Strategic Account Reporting Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.
Perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks for several multi-million-dollar large accounts for McKesson Medical-Surgical. Partner with STRAT Customer Analyst to support assigned accounts.
Complete all Strategic Account Team core tasks as scheduled for assigned accounts (tracked in CARL): Bill to/Ship to Additions; PRCA and Pool audit; LOC Monthly Review; LOC Quarterly Audit; Contract Connectivity Audit; GPO and RX Membership Audit; EDI Audit
Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly account updates are sent to Account Analysts
Entry level professional
6 months experience in customer and/or contract support
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel- Pivots and VLOOKUPS)
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
The ability to interact professionally with co-workers
Prioritization skills in balancing the needs of internal/external customers
Strong relationship building skills
The ability to focus on the customer's needs & effectively multi-task
SQL experience preferred
Salesforce.com experience preferred
Various other tasks and/or projects, as assigned by the leadership team
4-year degree or equivalent experience in customer support
