Current Need

Case Manager III

Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Position Description

This position is part of a fast-paced business support service center with the potential for a variety of unplanned activities to occur simultaneously.

  • Provide consultative services to patients and partnerwith prescribing offices to assist patients to therapy.

  • Communicate with patients, physician offices and otherstrategic partners to ensure case coordination.

  • Answer specific and general inquiries about the programand case status with accurate information.

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly in bothwritten and oral communication.

  • Document adverse events and product complaints whilemaintaining patient confidentiality.

  • Ability to complete multiple activities while utilizingexcellent customer service skills.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned bysupervisor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

  • Ability to negotiate favorable outcomes.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and is able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

  • Attention to detail that demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages, which is necessary to quickly provide correct benefit and co-pay information.
