This position is part of a fast-paced business support service center with the potential for a variety of unplanned activities to occur simultaneously.
This shift is 10:00AM-6:30PM
Receive incoming calls from physicians, pharmacists, patients and sales team members.
Answer general inquiries with accurate information.
Ability to understand the services provided to triage calls to appropriate area for resolution.
Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral communication.
Document adverse events and product complaints while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Ability to complete multiple activities while utilizing excellent customer service skills.
Process documents based on department guidelines in accordance with standards and performance indicators as defined by contractual requirements.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Ability to resolve problems independently.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
1-3 years of experience working in a customer service call center environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
