McKesson Patient Care Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our Moon Township, PA office.
In this role, you will collaborate with functions across the MPCS organization as well as product and technology suppliers to help drive your categories/customer segments by developing and implementing customer-centric, product-focused, integrated category marketing plans in an increasingly dynamic marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing great ideas built on customer (both external and internal) needs, experience in partnering with key stakeholders and collaborating with internal designers to bring ideas to life in today’s multi-channel environment.
Research and analyze businessresults, marketplace trends, competition, and customer insights for assignedproduct categories and customer segments
Build and executecomprehensive category marketing plans consisting of compelling anddifferentiated marketing strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
Partner with Corporate Accounts to build persuasivecollateral pieces and tailored presentations to help differentiate McKessonPatient Care Solutions from the competition
Collaborate with Category Management to determine categorysupplier matrix and leverage opportunities
Create, update and maintain value prop decks for each keycustomer segment
Communicate projectstrategies and oversee work with internal designer, representing customertarget and needs rooted in business strategy—resulting in world classcollateral/communication vehicles
Lead collaborative category-focusedmarketing projects across diverse cross-functional stakeholders (businesspartners, creative, legal, compliance, etc.)
Responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. May identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives, provide pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributor, and resellers, and support public relations through researching, writing and editing press releases.
- 8 years experience in marketing
Experience collaborating with sales
Experience with data analytics
Healthcare Marketing - at least 5 years
Project Management experience - at least 2 years
Progressive career in marketing
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Category Management experience preferred
Tableau experience preferred
Team player with Customer first approach
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
