The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for partnering with multiple business groups and stakeholders to coordinate, evaluate, develop and implement operational, administrative and technical programs and procedures for Adjuvantz’s Repatha Patient Support Program. These responsibilities will include stakeholder and staff training, process and workflow redesign/reengineering, KPI trending analysis and ops reporting, business systems consulting, operational efficiency review, internal and external auditing support, management information analysis and other organizational development initiatives. The incumbent for this role will also assist in addressing staff leadership and development needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develops, administers and coordinates Patient Support Program needs and workflow
Works cross-functionally to develop Adjuvantz Patient Support Programs key objectives
Provides operations guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Partners with the Program Manger to assess and assist with identification of operational areas requiring review and improvement in order to achieve a high-level of efficiency and effectiveness
Provides technical advice that enables a customer to solve a problem or improve business
Anticipates customer needs and monitors trends in order to recommend and implement change
Analyzesclient needs, develops and recommends alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products
Demonstrates leadership and ability to provide expertise and provide guidance to team members as well as business partners
Experience managing programs or projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Successful candidates will have:
3 years of industry related work experience
3 years of project management or operational experience (PMP / PgMP designation an asset)
3 years of people management experience
Strong Excel, Access, Word, Project, &PowerPoint skills
Ability to interact with multiple levels of management (C-suite experience preferred)
Experience in cardiovascular disease or prevention preferred
French written and language proficiency preferred
