Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations, the Coordinator – Retail Operations is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to department leaders in Operations and Business Development.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to support the completion of transactions
Follows up with internal departments on completion of project tasks and deadlines
Responsible for the overall calendar management of the leadership team, including scheduling of meetings and coordinating appointments
Prepares agendas, manages logistics, and records minutes of internal/external meetings, and events
Collects data from various sources and creates summary reports for the leadership team
Creates PowerPoint presentations for management meetings and special projects
Responsible for updates to Standard Operating Procedures and managing SOP database
Allocates department expenses for coding and budget purposes; maintains accurate record of submissions to Finance
Records and submits weekly payroll according to company policies and timelines
First point of contact for retail pharmacy inquiries
Section B – Key Requirements
2-3 years College Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
2-3 years’ experience in administrative role, preferably within a Real Estate environment
Experience working with legal contracts is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responds to all requests and inquiries in a timely fashion
Process driven, with strong orientation towards ensuring accurate results
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Familiarity with office procedures and developed knowledge of administrative functions
Maintains high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Section C – Supervision and Communications
External stakeholders such as vendors, industry and professional associations, executives, and customers.
Internal Communication – works cross functionally with the various shared services departments at Retail Banner and within McKesson.
