Reporting to the Program Manager, the Supervisor Manages all activities associated with incoming Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems and the flow of information. Establishes and implements performance/service standards. Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards. Establishes and maintains industry relations and develops departmental budget and controls costs.

Set and execute operational objectives and plans
Contribute to planning and budgeting
Ensure that appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of established policy, procedures and
Operating standards is completed for area of responsibility. Regularly monitors and evaluates activities to
Identify potential risks and issues of non-compliance. Participates or may lead risk assessment for their area of responsibility and escalates potential issues to higher management.
Strong performance review (minimum score of 3 in the past year) ** for internal applicants
Must be in current role for a minimum of 6 months
Previous supervisory or managerial experience required
Minimum of 3 years customer service experience, with an emphasis on patient support programs
Five (5) years of related experience
Effective organization, coordination, and communication skills.
Professional and personal effectiveness in establishing relationships with clients, customers, and staff.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze interpret and address staff, client, and vendor needs
Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision, and make critical decisions
Strong knowledge of McKesson Canada software and applications ** for internal applicants
Bilingual (French/English) preferred
Experience with patient support program considered an asset
Proven problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and time management skills

Adaptable to changing business needs and processes
