The Quality Associate in an integral part of the Patient Services team responsible for providing ongoing support to aid the daily business functions of the organization.


  • Responsible for ensuring Program documentation is kept up to date (i.e.., non-GMP training records, training matrices, Work Instructions, change control ,etc

  • Responsible for the improvement and creation of Program documents (i.e. work instructions, forms, etc)

  • Assists in the development of new work and IT processes with the goal of process, output and productivity improvements

  • Develop a training/education plan that transfers knowledge

  • Engages key stakeholders during the continuous improvement process to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized and implemented in a timely and effective manner, tracks and reports progress on such projects

  • Identifies and implements metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.

JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)


  • University Degree or College Diploma in a related field or equivalent


  • Two to five years case management/program management experience and/or previous pharmaceutical brand management experience or equivalent, specific to oncology or specialty drugs is an asset

Specific skills

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English,

  • Strong computer skills in a Windows environment using MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills in order to resolve problems

  • Proven ability to manage time, set priorities and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines

  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently

  • Flexibility in working overlapping shifts

  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry is an asset
