The Data Integration Engineer will design and develop interfaces between applications, data warehouses and third-party systems in a combination of cloud and on-premise platforms. They will participate in developing integration architecture and frameworks for the organization. This role will have great communication skills working in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to provide integration solutions. They will evaluate the product owner's backlog of requirements to design and develop business solutions using Agile methodology. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in data movement best practices to select the most appropriate integration tool, process and method to meet the enterprise and business needs
Key Responsibilities :
Design and Develop solutions utilizing Integration Best Practices.
Provide day to day support and technical expertise to other engineers and stakeholders
Provide design and automation options to increase efficiencies and simplify integration across multiple platforms.
Develop solutions on time with a high level of quality with zero defects and perform to user SLAs
3 or more years of related experience in software design and development
3 or more years working with integration of data across disparate platforms and applications.
Experienced in integration and streaming tools such as Informatica (ICS, ICRT, Powercenter), MuleSoft, Spark, Azure Data Factory, ESB or iPaaS
Familiar with Java, Python, Scala, R, SQL or NoSQL
Fluent in RESTFul web services
Experienced in both on premise and cloud data stores (Oracle, SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, HDFS, Kafka, Flume, Cassandra)
Experience with multiple tools and technologies in the data management and analytics space
Healthcare background desired
Agile background desirable
Ability to think strategically and understand complex technical concepts
Ability to influence others in a matrix environment
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and partners
Ability to provide oversight on the work of multiple co-located teams.

Ability to provide level of effort estimates and to perform tasks within the estimated level of effort and schedule
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience (Master’s Degree preferred)
