Provide high level administrative and operational support to the Revenue Cycle, Managed Care, and Strategy Team within the US Oncology network.
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for department managers and/ or staff. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, set up and maintain files, provide employees with office supplies, prepare and sort mail, perform word-processing assignments, proofread, and research and compile special reports. May operate automated office equipment and utilize software. Assists in the preparation of reports, graphs, and presentations using spreadsheet, graphic software, and/ or database applications. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures. Makes appointments and travel arrangements. May assist in establishing office policies and procedures, and coordinates special projects and department activities. May be assigned in various functional areas of the company.
Responsible for heavy calendaring, schedulingcross-functional, multi-person and multi-time zone meetings and being thepoint person for scheduling availability
Organizes domestic and international travelarrangements
Prepares and processes expense reports, may reviewexpense reports submitted to the department by direct reports team members
Coordinates activities between departments and outsideparties
Contacts company personnel at all levels to gatherinformation and prepare reports
Collects and prepares information for use indiscussions/meetings of team and outside individuals
Prepares PowerPoint presentation materials
Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature insideand outside the company
Manages special projects on behalf of the department
Handles details of a highlyconfidential and critical nature
Enter and update data in IP databasesand generate database reports as needed.

8 years advanced administrative support experience
Advanced skills in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Publisher
Ability to anticipate activities and take proactiveaction with little or no direction
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks with demanding orcompeting deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral andwritten) skills
The ability to use automated office equipment, followdifficult instructions, and maintain written records
Exercises judgment within generally defined practicesand policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Uses discretion and maintains high level ofconfidentiality
Responsible for quickly and accuratelyrevising, formatting, and proofreading documents in Word and in Excel.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Advanced knowledge of administrative support; Highest level administrative support experience, arithmetic skills, the ability to use automated office equipment, follow difficult instructions, and maintain written records. Strong interpersonal skills and highest level of computer literacy with command of office software including spreadsheets, word processing and database applications. Ability to work under general direction, on multiple tasks with demanding timelines. Uses discretion and maintains high level of confidentiality.
Possess a strong understanding of office procedures andpractices.
Must be able to multi-task while remaining flexible,with attention to detail and have the ability to meet deadlines withminimal supervision.
Must possess strong organizational skills for theefficient and successful handling and management of multiple projects.
Ability to assess circumstances and problem solve withminimal supervision, exercising common sense and diplomacy.
Proficient in written communications including clearand concise writing, editing for spelling and grammar, and an ability tointerpret information.
Speaks clearly and eloquently, representing the officein a professional manner.
Must be dependable, timely, have a positive attitude,and a team work ethic.
Meticulous attention to detail withthe ability to compose professional correspondence.
HS Diploma, Vocational Training or Equivalent. An AA degree is preferred.
