Current Need

The primary responsibility is to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to triage complex issues with our Practice Insights software suite along with assisting the Development Team with creating sustainable solutions. You will be part of a team to that is responsible for ensuring a seamless remarkable user-experience for our practices. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist Business Analysts with writing technological standards and design documentation

  • Act as subject matter expert in the topics of data warehousing, data management, data quality and ETL architecture.

  • Identify opportunities and technologies regarding issues in the access, processing, visual display, and analysis of data

  • Ensure that technical solutions are designed and implemented which forward the integration architectural, scalability and technical standards and objectives.

  • Support and facilitate information sessions delivered to a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist developers in unit testing.

  • Conduct periodic data audits and assessments

Knowledge and Skill Sets:

  • A broad and deep knowledge of population/clinical demographics.

  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business users and senior-level management to determine information needs and effective delivery methods.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to details

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience writing within a complex IT/engineering/technical environment, documenting complex technical solutions, and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences

  • Flexible and capable of prioritizing competing tasks, timelines, and work streams

  • Able to function as part of a closely-knit team

Minimum Requirements

4 years specific systems experience including

2 years managerial experience

Critical Skills

  • 5 years of experience with SAS/SQL coding, Data Management, Data Modeling, Information Retrieval, Data Analytics, Reporting and Process Analysis

  • 3 years of experience working with clinical/demographic data

  • Professional experience in the analysis and presentation of data utilizing large data stores

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, querying and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to quickly diagnose & address multiple complex issues simultaneously

  • Written and verbal communication skills

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Background in healthcare with experience in a FDA-regulated environment

Education

4-year degree in computer science, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience
